Rmvbusters login help

I registered on Rmvbusters today and got this message for registration confirmation.

"Twoje konto zostało założone. Aby móc zalogować się na swoje konto osoba która Cie zaprosiła musi jeszcze potwierdzić Twoją rejestrację."

When I tried to login for the first time after creating an account, I get this message:

"Login failed!

Konto nie zostalo jeszcze potwierdzone"

What does it mean? I did not get any email which I could confirm.

someone who invites you, have to confirm your account, before you can use it
