Re: hard drives
The cheapest way to go is to buy a separate hard drive and an external exclosure. The best and biggest hdd I think would have to be the 250 GB Western Digital from the reviews I've looked at.
I'm not familiar with Euros but I know that is over $200 US easily (which is not a good deal) and you can save yourself money by just building it. That is a very nice looking external case in the link you posted tho.

Re: hard drives
I agree with Fall3n ELiTE on the concept.
I'd go for an enclosure that has both USB2.0 and eSata connectivity, with a 2.5" Sata drive. You could fit an IDE drive but you lose eSata connectivity AFAIK.
Seagate have some 7200rpm SATA2 drives with up to 200GB capacity, most manufacturers have 250GB drives on 5400/SATA1 specification.
I doubt if you will see much difference in price though.

Yes, I Agree With Fall3n ELiTE.
He Is Right!

Re: hard drives
Why does it have to be 2.5" instead of the desktop standard 3.5"?
The 3.5" drives are cheaper- in any capacity- and more rugged, IMO.

Re: hard drives
i lyk to have 2.5" because they're less noisy then 3.5" hard drives, plus they look much beta.
