i come from Germany and the prob there is that most games are cut. Does anybody knows a site where I can find what in the game is cutten and why some games are cutten and also can find any infos about "uncut patches".

what do u mean "games are cut"??
i know that some games have locked content (GTA hot coffee) but if u download games via torrents they will most likely be original versions...
Download games that have EUR or USA at the end. You can get games from all over the world on any torrent site.
I think one game which was known to be cut was manhunt 2 and there was an uncut version floating around the net and it was clearly labled but i don't think any site would be dedicated to such content you will just have to put uncut or something similar in your searches
