need boot speed up options
when i turn my computer on , it says on the bios splash screen for 30-35 seconds. even after i reformatted it stayed on for that long, i've tried disable startup items, defragmenting, clearing the bios, quick boot is enabled, and some other standard tweeks that are posted on this site somewhere. nothing helps my computer boot up faster, i dont have money to buy a new one so i need help.. any suggestions?
