The new 45nm CPU from Intel looks awesome.
Can hit nearly 4Ghz for $133 :)
Looks like a great value chip, e2180, e4500, and now e7200?

comes out Tue, Apr 08, 2008? hard to find in stock right now
the multiplier is 9.5x vs 11x of the e4700
price right now
£159.99 or $315 USD or 200 euros http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...atid=6&subcat=
That price is for the e8400...
and can also be found for significantly less.
Also, from what I've read the e7200 is not released until May 11
Damn so now I gotta but this one too! You guys are killing me with all the new HW out there.
hahaha no, in your case I would pass on it since you already have the e8400.
This chip is going to be great for people looking for good performance and overclockability without paying the price of the e8400.
For the extra $70 the e8400 is a much better deal...twice the L2 cache and a higher FSB.
If budget were the only concern, the 7200 would be the obvious choice, I suppose.
Yeah I'v done some reading on it too and I would deff say spend the extra cash and go 8400
8400 rulezzzz..
