Free low requirement MMORPG?

I need a free low requirement MMORPG to kill some time with, any suggestions?

If ur looking for more action oriented (war, combat, etc) go with Anarchy Online
If ur looking for a more skill oriented (cooking, fishing, woodcutting and many many more) go for RuneScape.
