I dont understand, as soon as i connect to a server, i immediately begin uploading to usually 8 people. but it takes up to 20 minutes to begin downloading something.
why do i upload constantly, but never am able to download efficiently?

Check the FAQ for a link I posted. Should help with setting up the best emulesettings.
