I want to take (mp3, wav and such) and turn them, and switch them, and mix them, and add things and take off things, turn tables, scraches and stuff. does anyone know any good software that lets you do mixings. multiple suggestions are taken. i'm sure there's some kind of software out there that does this? any suggesstions?

i had a mate once ask me to find this program for him raduga
i cant remember where i found it kazaa or emule...
it is a professional set up
