Digital Voice Recorder

I am looking for a good digital voice recorder with external mic. I think external mic will produce better quality recordings than internal mic.

I had iRiver H120. This was a good recorder. But now it has gone dead due to my stupidity. So I am looking for a new one. ANy suggestions?
