I love the tracksuit tucked into the socks look, it's most orsum.

Very good ned depiction then. They caught the essence of it.
I should clarify btw; despite it being 14 C, there was an awfully cold wind and most people (including moi), were wearing scarfs, hats and gloves.
Are neds higher or lower than chavs in the social order o' things?
And what are the differences between the two species.
To me they look (pretty) much the same, except neds seem to be into sports.
My understanding of it is that chavs wear Burberry whereas neds just wear stuff from Sports World.
Ned are traditional.
Chavs are sort of a Nouveau Ned.
as far as I can tell "chavs" are what posh southern people call working class people who wear gash clothes and jewelry in an attempt to look classy.
a charv (or charver) is a cunt who most likely has numerous grandkids by their 20s, an addiction to a brazillion different drugs, a tendency to enjoy casual violence and a criminal record longer than a long thing. They'll also "get their cousin onto you".
edit: ned = scottish wurd for charver
Thanks,
keep me updated on any future evolutionary development.
Friend at works wife decided to go to a fancy dress party as a Ned and checked out white velour trackies at Primark. She thought it was a bit OTT until a real Ned came and picked a set up and set said "is that no pure dead banging" and bought them.
True story
they've already peaked, they've been that way for at least the last 20 years here.Quote:
