You must save all the files from the config folder to save your credits, known clients, config's etc...Quote:

Just copy/cut the whole folder where emule is stored to where ever u want to :D i do it all time
as a stand alone exe it doesnt install anyway
if you use standart client just copy exe file over old one in old location.
if you use any mod then it may or may not get more complicated
Overall:
*for other emule users credits copy =clients.met= file into new location
*to keep your credits with others copy =cryptkey.dat=
*to keep your preferences copy =preferences.ini=
*to keep stats copy =statistics.ini=

copy the config folder to the new emule folder
