is WB down for anyone else?
I'm getting a HTTP error 403 in utorrent plus I'm getting a "Apache HTTP Server test page" when I go to the site itself???

yes when u posted that i have check the site and it was displayed Apache HTTP Server test page but now is working,try again

Those nice guys banned 2 entire ip ranges of my ISP.

well funny I got that error in utorrent because not only did it start downloading again but I had no trouble logging on. so its not my IP but I do agree with you they do tend to go over board with IP banning because I have had trouble with that in the past!
