has been closed due to illegal content being posted in violation of the
Terms of Service (TOS). This has resulted in its leader, Melvan Yong, of
Singapore, being fined S$5,000 and sentenced to 100 hours community
service.

This was the idiot fartermissile who spammed his link all over the board and openly flaunted warez and serials. A good lesson for others I would think.
I think this should go where others will more likely see it.
who fined him and made him do the community service?
the only people who could. the government in singapore. he's lucky he's not getting caned like the kid who got caught throwing up graffitti there in the early or mid 90's.
well this is not about our website, but indeed from a guy that pretty much advertised... before...
to bad for him but the message seems more as a joke to me..
