FilmMaker MPV To VOB Stalled

I was using The FilmMachine to take an avi to dvd and after about 5 hours it looks as though it just stuck at around 50% of the actual creation of the mpeg. In my folder I have TFM_Pull_Enc_Video.mpv at 4gb which I can watch with players such as WMP and others and is complete and I also have TFM_Muxed_Video.mpg at 2gb which is the file that is stuck. What Ide like to know is how I can take the mpv to vob now without starting over...
