Trance traffics the best i've found, theres 663 psy/goa torrents at the moment. Oink isnt much good for psytrance since it gets split across the psychadelic and the trance genres which means its either bunched with psychadelic rock or with more general trance.
Psyreactor is also pretty good although its an edonkey site rather than a bittorrent tracker.
