Help with uploading a nzb file

I would like to upload some nzb files, but im not sure how to go about it.
Ive read the posting guidelines but not sure where the quick par come into it.
All off the uploads i want to do does not have any quick par files in them.So would it be ok just to upload the files in rar files as long as i put in the correct NFO.? Sorry if you think im a bit dumb but i would like to give back what i have took and not be a leecher.
So any help would be appreciated.
