need help Br-Hosting.com

Hello,
I bought a torrentflux from them so I got all the login details really quick.
When I tried to connect throw http://saturn.thetorrentfile.org
with the login username and password I get login fail massage does someone know what to do?
i send the a ticket 2 days ago and still didn't get any answer

i get that error only with FF with IE7 it's ok
how can i fix it with FF?

Torrentflux is a free BitTorrent client, do you mean a seedbox?

Br-hosting are so crap get rid of them, set up your own dedicated server running utorrent with ovh
