For a good general purpose and no install needed I like Ulta WinCleaner. Its less than 1mg and you can find it on k-lite.
Just make a folder and move the .exe into it because it has an auto update button in the upper right hand corner and it will download updates into that folder.
If you are running XP and want to clean up 300-700MG, there is a app. called dustbuster XP. It will clean up that much space on its first use and then usually less than 1MG after that. What it removes noone knows....lol
System Mechanic also has a good clean up proggy as well.
Dont forget about windows disk clean-up utility also :)

If Command Extensions are enabled DEL and ERASE change as follows:
The display semantics of the /S switch are reversed in that it shows
you only the files that are deleted, not the ones it could not find.
LMFAO.....I havent used dos to clean up since 85'.
Never did like M$ version though....apple was the way to go back then....lol.
Edit: I dont think M$ had a version in 85'....lol
