Its VBR
as Variable Bit Rate.
The report in the VBR-192, "80kb" is kinda buggy, it could also report the highest point of
the bitrate too.
Id say convert to 192k CBR.
as Constant Bit Rate if it bothers you.
Actually, I'd make a sample song of both bitrates and listen the diffrence
with good heacphones or speakers.

Ya it sounds alot more fuzzy compared to a constant 192:dry:
change it to a constant 192k then.
