A lot of ppl bash demonoid about the slow speeds but probably they forget that a lot of user content uploaded there (especially rare DVD-rs and rare games) find their way afterwards to a lot of trackers ...

It's a good site, while it's not fast or particularly exclusive. It's got a lot of stuff on it and has a pretty good laid-back community (you don't have to constantly worry about your ratio etc...).
Well if your ratio is extremely bad they will ofcourse ban you for sure.
