u have to join the site 1st..

if there is option to rest ur pass key do it if u just download this torrent delete it and download same torrent again (if u new there )
if they have waiting time see if it on site
last reason see what ur torrent program say in tracker state

If not, on that sight you can see the files but not download them, sort of like a strip-tease....
