news group sites?

i have no idea where to find them, ive gone to nzb zone but they limit like 4 a day...... there has to be more. It seems like whenever i get one on her it says sorry this is inactive...

You can post nzb to remove the limit.... FST (this site) has a NZB area.. but other sites:
