but where do I plug this into? I have Shareaza, biturrent, kazaalite(which can not find any vice city)

For Kazaalite Hashes
If you have Kazaalite then you should have sig2dat. If the link your trying to get is a quicklink (like a url) click on it with Kazaalite opened and it will be added to your download list (might require a restart). If it is a normal link (test) select it all and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl + C) then open sig2dat and select paste from clipboard. The item will then be added to your download list (once again might require a restart).
