if its a solid mp3 u need mp3directcut if its wrapped u need ALBW albumwrap extractor
They dont have ALBW or albumwrap in the title did they?
In which case you need albumwrap extractor from here. Using this app will split the file into the separate tracks.
Edit: Vargas basically said the same thing but I did'nt read his post properly. <_<
