Having 2 accounts open in msn?

I've got the A-patch installed which I thouht made it possible to open 2 different accounts at the same time under msn messenger.

But how do I do it?
I tried the obvious by opening up messenger again but that just opens up the account I'm already using.

Someone care to explain?

I'm using A-patch which has the option to enable "polygamy" (I think that's what it's called).
But yea,it appears not to be working.

Still not working.
i tried the MSN Polygamy patch first but when I want to aply it I get the following message: "0 out of 4 patterns replaced at least once.The patch will not work". :mellow:

And when I try JnrzLoader it gives me the options to load msn messenger or windows messenger.
When I choose msn messenger it opens it but still can't open an 2nd account.

That's odd. Maybe the A-patch is interfering with it somehow.
