For example 'window washer' etc...
Window washer is a great program to erase history etc.
But it has not been updated for many many months. I use it my self but now i am looking for other updated alternatives.
The "delete" key.

CrapCleaner (as linked by peat moss) is probably the simplest and most comprehensive "evidence erasure" around.
I've been using it to hide my tracks from myself.
