i slept to 2pm once, but only because i didn't get to sleep until 5am, i don't really sleep, i just hang upside down and meditate
i'm more of a night person, and all the jobs i've worked at i've had really unsociable hours so any night of 3-4 hours sleep is good.
however i did come up from corfu once after hols and slept for 2 days straight. i think it's good for you. i remember waking up and was really refreshed :)

From last Friday afternoon, pretty much all the way through to Monday morning.
Didn't seem to lift me out of my recent bout of :shit: moodage though.
My warn level must be pretty close to maxed out by now. :flamehide

I've slept for 20 our of 24 hrs before, but that only happens when I stay up for 36 hrs or more :dry:
