Think about it. First off non of the oompa loompas are any colour than white. Second off, he does not call them by there names, he just calls them "oompa loompas", for some reason that reminds me of how the white people in to kill a mockingbird call black people "boy"

I think they had bright orange hair, so came to the obvious conclusion that they were unwanted red-headed stepchildren.
