A little help with reps

I gave reps to an user but i can't see it in his profile! Usually, i when i rep someone, i can see. Is it some problem and it didn't add reps? But when i try to rep again, it says "you can't give reputation twice".

Can someone please help me?

That user has probably chosen not to show his reps.
if you goto your user edit options you can disable viewing of reps.
