Yes. You need zbattle and zsnes v. 142. The latest zsnes version won't work.

And it's very freakin' easy to create and join the games :P I played Biker Mice from Mars and Wild Guns using it but I think every game works.

I played Street Fighter Games over Kaillera Mame32 a while ago. It wasn't bad. Doesn't Zsnes support Netplay over IP as well?
