there's sme app called camgrab 2 SE or smetin.

camtasia produces the best quality vids but the videos that snaglt produces have a much smaller filesize (easier to upload). snaglt also has an automatic jpeg capture device which can be quite useful.
Thanks for these sugestions, been looking for a similar software myself. =D
