IEXPOLER.EXE using 100% CPU
Alright now, everytime I go to this site http://graffiti.playdo.com/ I draw on this wall with a spray can and all that, its kind of cool but I noticed that when I use the spray can, IEXPLORER uses 100% CPU. Does it have to do something with Macromedia Flash that you have before you use the tools on the webpage? But I noticed that my Spybot Search and Destroy took up 100% cpu also after I was scanning for known spyware. I found nothing. Does anyone know whats going on? Please help asap. Thanks!
Re: IEXPOLER.EXE using 100% CPU
Sounds normal. Whenever I play/watch flash games/movies my CPU usage is around 80-100% also. It's just IE working to show you the flash stuff. My Spybot uses 100% CPU when I scan also.
I'm pretty sure it's normal.
Re: IEXPOLER.EXE using 100% CPU
lol. woa I never remember my computer doing this but if you say its normal than i guess. If anyone thinks otherwise please let me know.
Re: IEXPOLER.EXE using 100% CPU
Normal? I don't know about flash but with spybot you can adjust the priority settings to reduce the memory usuage. If you have the chance try the flash again in firefox.
Re: IEXPOLER.EXE using 100% CPU
Really it isn't normal?
I know about the priority settings, but without changing it, the CPU usage is kind of high when playing flash games, depending on the game of course.
Re: IEXPOLER.EXE using 100% CPU
taskmgr.exe must be a virus, it keeps coming back after i kill it, but it also kills the task manager when i kill it.

Most games raise the CPU usage to around 60%, some take it strait to 100% though.
Re: IEXPOLER.EXE using 100% CPU
I see. So this is normal? Is there any signs of fixing this??Becuase I dont think anything on a computer should be taking up that much cpu
Re: IEXPOLER.EXE using 100% CPU
Its normal imho. When you play a shooter game or something you cpu goes to 100% too. Its just getting the best performance to the absurd.
