Mate of mine gave me this site a while back and i think it is a great site for keeping up with tv episodes and release dates just thought i'd share. http://www.pogdesign.co.uk/cat/#January2007

All you have to do is set your filters and your away, i'm sure alot of you already have this but i'm betting a few don't.
