What service did you pay for ?
Kazaa/K-Lite are free.
If you paid for KazaaGold go to the Guestroom and read the pinned topic re:KazaaGold.
At any rate cancel your payment IMMEDIATELY!
Then go to www.k-lite.tk and download the appropriate version of K-Lite.
It is adware/spyware free and will cost you nothing.
You may register for this forum by going back to www.k-lite.tk and clicking on Forum.

some propose to have better dvd rips to download and thats why you have to pay, like what happened to audiogalaxy.
ignore it and stick with good old k-lite
