Let me take a wild guess:

ScT freeleech, 3x upload
He has invited himself to get a huge buffered ScT (we all know why) for future use
He can't use his own IP, obviously
He needs seedbox to do his dirty work
When 3x upload is finished, guess who will be offering huge buffered ScT for trade?

Just a theory of course, nothing concrete.
