im afraid to say that SPLINTER CELL is a huge game with really intense sound and graphics, therefore even if it is totally compressed it will still be about 500mb (i reckon)
If you do want to get a good game, liek Splinter Cell, in this case, you can't compromise size.
But I always wondered why I got a nice rip of GTA3 for only 155mb. :D
