How can I make MP3 CD's in a specific order like making a regular audio CD.
I have tried most programs (eg Nero), but they seem to burn the CD's in whatever order they want.
What program can I used to make MP3 CD's?
Many thanks

Burn the mp3's as a data cd.

I have m8, I just can't get them into the order I want - if you get what I mean...
I know what you mean I went through the same thing. I tried just about everything and it would still burn the songs in alphabetical order no matter what. I just eventually gave up and recorded it that way and learned to live with it.
Perhaps FuNkY CaPrIcOrN might know - he has all of his MP3s on CDR.
Tchau!

Somebody was talking about this awhile back with Nero.I think there is away around it. ;)
you need to make them alphabetically. if you intend on playing them in an mp3 cd player which had id3 tag support the easiest way is to name them with the number first then the title.
What finally worked for me was putting a number before the filename. For instance:
001. Flaw - My Letter
002. Slipknot - Snap
003.
004.
and so on. That is the only way I have been able to order them how I want.
Hmm I didn't try that. Thanks for the tip.Quote:

hmmm, ive never had that problem using nero before... i might be wrong but if u use a tagger and put the track number down then nero will recognize that when u make a cd and correctly put it in according to track number and not name so u can have a real *copy* of the cd so to speak.
