I can't seem to find any reliable PSX (PS1) Rom sites. Please post them here if you know any.
First off, ROMs are dumped files from games (cartidges).
Images of PSX games (which are stored on CDs) are called ISOs :P
Here's a good websites with a nice collection of PSX ISOs:
