I thought that Rockstar was a division of Take Two, not sure now though.

I do know that Take Two is a publisher not a developer.

I did think that Mafia's publisher was Gathering, but this has confused me.

EDIT: This is what I have found:

Rockstar Games and Rockstar North (Developers) are subsidaries of Take 2 (Publisher).

I am not sure why Mafia is in there since it was published by Gathering, not Take 2.
