They could probably suspend your account if your favorite color was green, if they wanted to.

Although I would say it seems they are the biggest pricks when it comes to turning people over. It seem ISP's like Verizon and SBC are trying to fight the DCMA bullshit while fkers like Comcast are supporting it, and all the others are somewhere in the middle I imagine...
