I'm not a follower of soccer, but even I can appreciate a shot like that.
When I was in college we had a dormitory soccer team for intramurals. We had a British guy named Peter on the team and he was nothing special atheletically, but you could really tell he grew up with soccer.
The game came down to overtime penalty shots. When he took his, he did this weird thing with his hips, legs and upper body as he approached the ball. They all seemed to be going in different directions. This so confused the goalie that he basically just fell down and when he was able to lunge, he did it in the wrong direction. It was pretty amusing and impressive.
