Rerouting Port Traffic

I live in college dorms, and the school firewalls blocks many ports that are commonly used for P2P. Is it possible to rerout the port traffic to an open port?

for exapmple rerouting ports 6881-6991 (BT ports) to an unblocked port like Port 21 (Standard FTP port which i am sure is unblocked)

any help would be greatly appreciated.

you get the option in shadows experimental to choose which ports BT uses. ;)
