Well if they reach there user limit then you wont be able to invite anyone till it goes down.

So I suggest you look to see if that is the case since last time I checked they were full.

The site is full. Try again when they remove some users.

They seem to prune accounts daily, about the time of late afternoon to evening by CET (Central European Time). That should help because they're full again in less than 24 hours usually.
