Boot with the windows 2000 setup CD-rom.
Delete and create partition. Format with NTFS.
Why do u wanna do that?
I dont see any reason unles u have an extremely slow PC. Well, I have a P3, 500MHz, 128 RAm and I used to run 98. The PC ran ok, kinda slow. I put XP and now runs like .. 5 times better ...

im puting it on my laptop 550mhz pIII, 6 gb hard drive, 64 ram, 4mb video :lol:

As ariel said boot from cd rom . May have to enter bios to set up tho.

just take the special effects off turn some off services....and stuff ;)
