Templateshares help

I know templateshares isnt really a torrent site but its traded here so i thought i might be able to get help from here.

Before i even had an account on the site it used to say ip address is banned when i tried to access it. This was only on some days, which may be because i have a dynamic ip. Anyway, i used a proxy to sign up for an account and thought i would then be able to access the contact page to send them an email, well i cant seem to do that,

so im wondering if anyone knows why my ip is banned ( im from australia) or if they have an irc channel or help forums or anything.

ps. ive never been banned from any torrent sites or anything like that, i have a 'clean record'
