Newbie's Plea for help

I have been a member of learnbits.me. Due to my ignorance I downloaded a 500MB file without uploading. They have subsequently banned me. I am wondering what if anything I can do to get my account back and ip address unbanned. I have found learnbits to be a very good site.

Try emailing them. On their page they probably have a "contact us" button.

go to their irc chan and convince them to reenable your account.
