NZBs.org refugees looking for a new home might want to check out these other NZB sites that also run the Newznab auto-index software:

    Code:
    http://www.dognzb.cr
    http://www.nzb.su
    http://www.nzbhq.com
    http://www.nzbs4u.net

    http://www.kere.ws (German)
    http://www.newznab.j1nx.nl (Dutch)

http://www.nzb7.com/ <- Nice, fast, last NZB posted a few mins ago.
http://nzbweb.com/ <- Nice, fast, last NZB posted a few mins ago.
    http://altbins.com/ <- Last NZB posted 24h ago.
http://index-usenet.info/www/ <- Last NZB posted 5 days ago.

It's also built into the NewsFlash Plus newsreader [@ http://www.ensisoft.com ]
Also, feel free to add any more

That's why I listed the .cr address (and anyway the dotcom one seems to be only a front end/forwarding setup). I'll add this link for anyone who doesn't know the dire 'dotcom' situation. We really need to avoid them as much as possible from now on.

As "sessus" pointed out on nzbs.org, you can find all the public newznab powered nzb indexers on google like this.

Take your pick. Also, apparently some of them are invite only.

Edit: So I went through the first 5 or so pages of results. Here are the currently open NZBs.org substitutes not yet mentioned on this topic:
    Code:
http://www.nzb7.com/ <- Nice, fast, last NZB posted a few mins ago.
http://nzbweb.com/ <- Nice, fast, last NZB posted a few mins ago.
    http://altbins.com/ <- Last NZB posted 24h ago.
http://index-usenet.info/www/ <- Last NZB posted 5 days ago.

They are exactly the same , probably because they are based on the same code . But i think nothing beats nzbs.org so far

i may be a newbie when it comes to usenet,
but i think user indexed NZB repositories like NZBsrus, NZBclub and FST(albeit low content) are much more reliable in terms of content quality
one can never expect an automatic script to do everything as perfect(or sometimes as fucked up) as human worker bees (indexing NZBs)

Thanks for all the links guys. I have been browsing nzbs.su the last few days as I try to find something to replace .org. Frankly, the main reason I like these sites over some of the human spotter/poster sites is the ease of grabbing last night's tv episodes and porn all in a few clicks.

I have not dealt with invites since I stopped downloading torrents several years ago. But based on the software, I doubt that the invite-only sites offer anything special beyond some extra sense of security. Am I missing out on anything?
