Hey peopletoday i was at school and i started thinking....i have a lot of trackers,a lot of them i tried very hard to get em til i did...so,i think in my experience,the list of rarity of levels could have some changes,again,this is on my own experience,i'm sure the people who did the list had another experiences trying to get in those sites....anyway i'll leave the list lvl 3+ according to my thoughts...if a tracker is not on the list it's probably cause i think it's under lvl 3.
(There are some lvl 3 that i dont have so i cant speak for them,i'll just leave them on three)
