easiest way for help is always irc. irc.sceneaccess.org channel #scc-support
You dont have to be a member to go to their irc channel. download mirc from www.mirc.com, type /connect irc.sceneaccess.org wait for it to connect then type /join #scc-support they'll be able to tell you what happened in there

If you don't know who to ask for help, then bringing it public ot FST can help. I know personally that accounts can be reenabled if the right person on FST notices. So, good luck to the OP. Hopefully everything works out.

are you a member from the banned countries or you had a low ratio this could be one of the reasons
