    Put your max connections to like 250. Unlimited bandwidth up/down. Have fun? Not sure what else you want.

    Should've gone with Debian/Deluge or something that might get some speed.

    hes correct.ive tried 2 ovh gbit running on windows smtime ago and they are utter shit.utorrent restarting al the time when it gets to fast.files not written corectly to the disk.You need linux distro buddy.deluge is ok but i find utorrent with a glass of wine gets you enuf.
